I can’t even lie, any 6 am flight would have me kind of irritated and not excited about wherever I’m going. To add onto it, it would be the first time that I had ever traveled in a foreign country without someone that speaks the language or myself not actually speaking the language either. I must start of by saying that flying into Italy was the most beautiful landing scenery I have ever seen. I’m not sure how my pictures turned out but I will find something to show hopefully before it’s all said and done.
So we get to Italy, I of course need my literature (L’uomo Vogue) haha then I got a map because Lisa taught me right and I actually believe I can now be dangerous with a map if I am given the opportunity. We walked around for a bit looking for the metro and this is the perfect opportunity to Segway into the Romanians here aka gitanas or gypsies everywhere where they may be annoying. THEY ARE ON THEIR HUSTLE in Milan! I can’t even be mad at them. They don’t sell false hopes and dreams (lies) for 11 Euro as in some places. They actually work, be cleaning windshields and helping people by metro tickets that might not understand the system for just like 1 euro. So kudos to y’all or the northern Italians for saying that y’all asses gon work to earn yours.
My mouth wandered into this cool Italian cucina called Biffino, I love places that have hometown clientele, and I just had to have the bolognese lasagna and I thoroughly luxuriated in it! Really just made my day so then I went to look for the shopping. Of course, I’m 3 for 4 of the fashion capitals in the world. Picked up the goods. Meanwhile, my heart mouth and mind exploded with the best gelato I have had in my life. If you want the right stuff it’s in Italy at a little place called Savini. It was good to look at, light, flavorful, had the perfect amount of sweetness, and fresh as hell! One of the best things I have ever eaten in my life and that is saying a lot. There also is Duomo the 3rd largest cathedral in the world only beat out by ours, yes I said ours, in Sevilla and The Vatican.
