Try Avocado and Tuna on whole wheat 12 grain bread. Going green doesn't have to mean what it's always meant. This open-faced sandwich is your new fix. You can take this green lunch into the new year to shed unnecessary pounds.

It's so simple I'll enlighten you:

Avocado spread:

1 avocado 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 tablespoon mayo (substitution is easy) 1 teaspoon hot sauce Salt and Pepper to taste and whip it all together

Two slices of your favorite whole grain bread. Toast them to give them strength.

Just add pepper to the tuna I swear there's enough flavor.

Layer it all and pair with a pair of pear slices.

There's a lot going on here in so little and that's exactly how I like it. So you have some good grains gett rid of those LDL'S aka Low-density Cholesterol Aka lousy cholesterol for those who are studying for physiology finals. You have good fats from the avocado that your body prefers that will prevent you from getting to giddy over some super saturated mess. The tune is offering some essential oils and omega3's, really good for the skin. With a touch of capsaicin from the peppers you'll be elevating your metabolism.

It's so simple and quick you have no excuse not to. Here's to a thinner healthier you!
