Change Your Body, Change Your Life! + New Look!


Ladies and Gentlemen, this has been a long time coming.

If you have been following along, you know that I have an insane love and appreciation for food. As part of that goes, I live by a philosophy that food is medicine. If you put great things in you will definitely get great things in return. If you treat your body well, it will be even greater to you. All of that should be simple and easily done but I know that many people struggle figuring out how to get there.

I have had and am still having a physical transformation. (You can find that in another post). Getting to where I am now has been a journey and not necessarily an easy one. I have had to work extremely had at figuring out how to eat, what to eat, when to eat, where to eat, if I should even eat and it gets exhausting. Then, trying to learn from everyone on YouTube and in magazines constantly contradicting each other on what you can and cannot have I have been at my wits end multiples of times.

Fast forward to now, I realized that every single body is different and we all have to figure out what works for our own bodies in order to help us reach the goals that we want. This is where I thought it might be a great idea to start creating personalized meal plans for everyone out there in the world and the blogosphere. Thus, the embodiment book was born.

Then, as I was going through thinking of ingredients to include and even shopping for myself I was reminded of all the times I spend in the grocery store standing reading the labels constantly being disappointed at the lack of freshness and natural ingredients all over EVERY grocery story.

All of these items combined led me to create what is now StrongWill foods. It's me, trying to offer the world the ease of eating better, being healthier, and putting the great in to get the good out!
